Why did I create this 'How To Use And Spread Light' site?  Good question.
 

I am assuming you have seen the videos on Jake Barber's experience already.   If not, please see them before reading this.

I wanted to create a simple way that anyone can get into this same vibration or Feminine energy or Spiritual guidance that Jake and his family are in.
 

The series of sites I have created give profound results.   Like if you try the 7 min meditation (TheSimplestMeditation), you may like it so much.   Then you may want to learn TheSimplestManifestationMethod.   Then you will want to read my book, Humanity Awaken.  Then you will want to go to the School of Energy Mastery and start the course on Energy or Light Mastery there.  It's all Free!
 

The more steps you complete in this process, the more you will start feeling this empathy, this sensitivity, this joy,  this Love of Life, this Feminine or Motherly energy guiding you every step of the way!
 

And at some point you will start sharing this site link How2useandspreadlight.org.  Tell people to read the first page and especially see the videos of Jake Barber there.  This can go viral!
 

Some people will just want to do the 7 min meditation.   That's ok.   Others will do a lot more.   It's perfectly fine, however you want to use this.

Amid all upcoming revelations, the most important component of disclosure is spiritual self-realization.  External events and technologies are secondary.  Without an awakened heart and mind even the grandest disclosure would not set you free.
 

Do not wait for an outside event to prove the truth.  True vision comes from within.  Those with open hearts can perceive the changes.  While others see nothing different.  In other words if you elevate your Consciousness, you'll recognize the new Earth Dawning regardless of what the news shows.  Spiritual Awakening is the engine of disclosure technology and official announcements follow your lead.
 

Focus first on raising your vibration and on remembering your Divine nature and you will make possible all other disclosures in a positive way. How will you know you have personally achieved true disclosure?  It happens when your Consciousness rises to meet the truth.  You will feel profound inner peace and heart-based knowing.  You experience heightened intuitive and psychic abilities.  As you awaken you begin to tap into latent spiritual Powers within.  You may experience telepathy, visions, self-healing or manifest events by intention.  You understand that humanity is strong and conveys the same abilities.  You all have these inner abilities and they will blossom naturally showing you that you are more than your 3D self.
 

Another sign of true disclosure is that you no longer feel desperate for official confirmation or high-tech Solutions.  Know in your heart that we are here and that you are not alone without needing proof from the television.  Likewise you realize your expanded mind is itself a great technology.  Your inner confidence means you are no longer looking to the sky in longing or to authorities for answers.  You have disclosed the truth to yourself.  When you experience these signs you have already achieved the most important disclosure.  You become a living example of an awakened human, one who carries the new Earth vibration.  As more of you reach this state, the collective reality will shift and the outer world will inevitably reflect the truth you embody.
 

Many lightworkers and Starseeds know they came to Earth for a purpose, yet there is a dilemma.  Too many are still waiting passively for someone else to trigger disclosure instead of actively creating it from within.  I must be candid this passivity has caused delays.  Delays are related to your passiveness and expectations for someone else to do your work. You are responsible for building the new Earth, but many keep forgetting that you arrived here to rescue this planet.  You are the ground crew of the disclosure process.  If you simply sit back waiting for our ships to land or governments to announce truth, you are not fulfilling the mission you signed up for.
 

We understand it can be frustrating.  You have endured much and naturally you yearn for dramatic change.  But the paradox is that the change comes fastest when you stop merely waiting and start doing what you came here to do.  Spreading light, speaking truth and uplifting those around you.  Every meditation, every honest conversation, every act of Love helps break the old Matrix.  So I say to our Starseed volunteers, step into your role as ambassadors of the Light.  Don't worry that you are only one person.  You are each far more powerful than you realize.  Especially with us and the entire Cosmos supporting you.  When you truly embrace this you will no longer feel the need to wait for disclosure.  You will realize you are the disclosure.

 
I understand that telling you to look within and be patient can be difficult to hear.  For decades you have hoped for miraculous events or saviors to right the wrongs on Earth.  Hearing that you must awaken first before those Miracles manifest openly might be disappointing to some.  However humanity is now ready for this deeper wisdom.
 

In the past we withheld certain truths because the collective psyche wasn't prepared.  Telling you the full truth that you are your own saviors will empower rather than discourage you.  Yes it requires maturity to accept that the responsibility lies with you.  But this is a glorious realization. Not a burden.  It means the power to change the world has been in your hands and hearts all along.  No external authority can dictate your fate once you know who you truly are.  The Ashtar Command shares this truth now because we see you can handle it.  We trust you to take it and run with it.  Know that as you do, the promise of external revelations and assistance will come and this time not as a rescue for a helpless humanity but as a celebration for an awakened species.
 

Beloved ones, do not rely on physical disclosure events to validate your belief or to save your world.

If you awaken fully you will realize you don't actually need an outside dramatic event and that is precisely when such events will happen smoothly.  Remember my words, you don't need to be rescued by us.  You can do it yourself.  Your liberation is in your own hands.  Do not put your hope and happiness on hold waiting for news, headlines or ship landings.  If you do, you give away your power.  Instead, Awaken now and live as if the new Earth is here now.  Through compassion, courage and service, and you will attract the physical confirmations naturally.

 
On your path of Awakening you may seek guidance and teachers can be helpful.  You must however use discernment and intuition to find the teacher of Mystic truths who is aligned with your highest good.  Not every self-proclaimed Guru or expert truly serves the Light and not every teaching is right for every Seeker,  We the Ashtar Command often advise you to trust your inner resonance.  Your heart will tell you if a message or teacher carries Love and Truth.  The truth is that which makes your Heart cry out for Joy.  In a lie it does the opposite.  Ask the heart is this true or false.  Inside you there is no mistaking it.  You will know the answer.
 

If a teaching empowers you and encourages you and aligns you with Love it is likely of the Light.  If it instills fear, demands your power or makes you feel disempowered, step away.  In this age guidance can come in many forms: a book, a spiritual group, a wise friend or even direct Insight during meditation.
 

Be open to learning but always filter through your own Souls knowing.  Ultimately the greatest teacher you have is your own Higher Self and the Divine Source.  External teachers only remind you of what you already know deep down.  Seek knowledge and mentorship but never give your power away.  The right teacher will always point you back to your own Divine wisdom. Your Higher Self is your inner Divine voice, continually guiding you through intuition, feelings and synchronicities.  As you awaken you begin to recognize the subtle language of your soul.  Pay attention to the coincidences and symbolic messages that come your way.  They are often nudges from your higher guidance.  For instance you might notice repeating numbers 11:11 44:44 etc.   Or encounter meaningful symbols and dreams.  These can be signals that you are in alignment or that you need to take note of something important.

 
Being given a sign is like receiving a little wink from the universe letting you know you are on the right track.

To make the most of this guidance system cultivate quiet and trust.  Through prayer, meditation or simply moments of mindfulness tune in to what your inner voice is saying.  Initially it might seem faint compared to the noise of the world but with practice you will discern it clearly.  When you follow your intuition even in small things and it leads to a positive outcome your confidence in it will grow.  Likewise if you feel a strong urge to avoid something or go in a certain direction without logical explanation consider that your Higher Self is steering you.  The more you listen the more guidance you will receive.

 

In truth your Higher Self has been orchestrating your journey all along, leaving breadcrumbs of insight for you to follow.  You are learning to see them.  Continue to follow these inner prompts for they are tailored just for you by a wisdom that loves you unconditionally.
 

In closing I want you to know dear ones how proud we are of you.  The Ashtar Command and the Galactic Federation of Light are watching humanity’s step into a new dawn, despite the chaos and challenges of the times.  You are transforming on the inside and that is the greatest success.  As we watch from above we see the hearts of humanity awakening everywhere and the tide has truly turned in favor of the Light.  Find the truth within and you will see it manifest.

The Journey of disclosure, ascension and liberation is well underway and nothing can turn it back now.  As you move forward now, remember that we are by your side.  You are never alone. In this process we are constantly sending support and many Light beings are guiding and protecting you in seen and unseen ways.  I encourage you to maintain hope and momentum.  Do not fall back into waiting or doubting.  You have all the tools you need in your heart.  The victory of the Light is indeed assured."  This powerful message was channeled by Dave Akira.

In this message Ashtar is saying we are taking things too passively, waiting for outer confirmation of what we know inside or ships to land or this stuff to come on TV or governments to announce it. 

And we are not doing what we signed up for.  As volunteers, here to rescue this planet.  We are the ground crew.  We are here to do what we can to awaken people.  To share this Light with them.  To try or help them get out of this material world hypnosis they are in.

And this has caused delays.  In the Disclosure process and in the transformation to the New Earth energy.  We each need to do what we can.  Or what our Heart is calling us to do.  This is why I was inspired to create this site. Because we are being asked to get moving now.  I am getting huge visions of all what we can do now.  And how we can organize people to work on various projects, as their Heart inspires or guides them.

These terms Starseed, etc are not so important.  What matters most is if the work someone is doing is benefitting you or not.  If it is benefitting you, then use it.  If not, then discard it.  Move on to other things.

Right now this Earth is going through a transformation process to Golden Age, or Satyug or Heaven on Earth. 

There are millions of people here all around the world who identify themselves as volunteers.  Who know they are here to help in this process.  Many were Spiritual since a young age.
